Getting people together to enjoy nature and each other is a special form of hospitality. It works at levels that can’t be fully explained, but all acknowledge it as the experience of koinonia*. It is the community of suffering and of common labor that produces discussions of faith and ideas that bring renewed zeal.
New Wind is about respecting those who labor among us and esteeming them highly in love because of their work. It is admonishing the idle, encouraging the faint hearted, helping the timid and being patient with all.
What we do
New Wind is dedicated to coaching and helping pastors and their wives do the work they are called to do. We provide leadership development and pastoral coaching especially for church planters.
New Wind enlists the help of professional men and women to both refresh and renew their zeal for Christ and to help honor and encourage pastors.
Sailing retreats as well as mountain and island venues are offered at no expense to the pastor and his wife. New Wind operates as a 501c3 nonprofit. To financially support this ministry email newwindministries@gmail.com
